GX WebManager running on a cloud

GX Labs has successfully deployed a GX WebManager installation on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2). This is a web service that provides resizable compute capacity in the cloud. It is designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers.

Amazon EC2's is a web service interface that allows users to obtain and configure capacity. It presents a virtual computing environment, allowing you to use web service interfaces to requisition machines for use, load them with an application environment like GX WebManager, manage your network's access permissions, and run the application using as many or few systems as you desire. It enables you to increase or decrease capacity within minutes. The deployment of GX WebManager on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud is part of a GX research program to further decrease time to market when launching new online initiatives.
