Hi all,

Please download Firefox 3.5 as it makes working with WebManager a much faster experience! I found it to be up to 3 times faster!!!

(lol, shameless plug)

Firefox 3.5 comes with a Javascript virtual machine (forgot its codename), and seeing that WebManager's back-end relies heavily on Javascript, I'm not surprised .

Also, I can't exactly confirm this claim - the switch from the preview to the edit and vice-versa seems to be faster on my system, but that might also be because I'm using a faster computer at the moment.

Just in case you start wondering why /web/admin/log is making firefox 3.5(.2) unresponsive:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=477564

Funny enough, the history page of firefox on wikipedia also causes this issue http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mozilla_Firefox&limit=50... (beware: unresponsive firefox 3.5 ahead)

Ah! Thanks a lot William, this has caused me many headaches and swears (and ponderings what caused this strange behaviour).

One would think they have test cases for such things before they made a release.
