hi,

I was reading about SQL Azure (the Azure cloud based SQL service by Microsoft) and I was wondering whether GX WebManager would be able to run on this platform.

The datasheet claims that it must be possible to connect to SQL Azure from JDBC and that SQL Azure is compatible with MS-SQL, including support for Transact-SQL.

I have no experience with the platform, but from what you describe it should be possible to get WebManager up and running on it.

JDBC driver plus MS-SQL compatibility should nail it.
