Hello all,

Using GX 9.9.1 I encountered a problem. Users post reactions on our website and they comment under the same usernames. That's fine with me.

The problem is, when a user posts a reaction which isnt conform the rules (i.e. swear words), I can't delete it. When I use the moderation function I can't see the details of the post. The only thing I see is the username under which the reaction is placed. So if 12 people reacted under the name 'anonymous', i don't know which 'anonymous' placed the comment.

Anyone has a solution for this problem? It's kind of stupid to delete all the comments under the same username when I just want to delete 1 wrong comment.

Hi Mark,

are you using the Community Forum, or the forumoptions that is available standard in WebManager (e.g. on media-items etc.)?

Im using --> Maintain --> Discussions --> Discussions/moderate
