Ease of implementation
Having a conversation with your customers or developers is the best way to learn about what they like or don't like about our software. As our number of customers and developers is growing fast we wanted to have other tools to measure and to quantify this.
One way to do this is by setting up a survey. This may sound a bit oldfashioned - or Web 0.2 as some colleagues might say - but for us it's a nice tool to measure trends and to have a baseline.

We don't give away 200 iPhones this time, but you would really help us to focus on what to improve. In the end you're the one that goes home with the main price: better software!
